Sam Kaluf
President & CEO

Sam Kaluf founded TradeReps Marketing Group, Inc. in December, 1993 following his departure as General Manager – USA & Canada at ALM Antillean Airlines in Miami, FL where he managed and directed all sales, marketing, human resources, and operational activities in North America for 4 years. During his tenure at ALM, Sam became very familiar with the issues confronting Caribbean-based hotels in their sales and marketing efforts in the North American market and the concept and service philosophy behind TradeReps was born.
Now, in it’s 15th year of successful operation, Sam consults, develops and directs all sales and marketing activities on behalf of TradeReps’ clients and enjoys opportunities to have hands-on and personal interaction with members of the travel trade and consumers alike.
Sam holds a MBA Degree in marketing from Emory University (Atlanta) and an Undergraduate Degree in Management from Florida International University (Miami).


Nelson E. Henriquez
Office Manager / MICE Consultant

Nelson, a native from the island of Aruba in the Dutch Caribbean, has over 20 years experience in the Tourism and Travel Industry. Having been recruited and employed in the early years in the Financial sector of Exxon Corporation and the first Time Share Corporation in Aruba, Nelson then moved permanently to South Florida in 1989 where he managed the office of the Aruba Tourism Authority and later becoming the Marketing Manager for ALM Antillean Airlines based in Miami. Nelson has more than 15 years experience in the Meetings and Incentives Industry as he was the Assistant Director Conventions for the Aruba Convention Bureau.
He has a B.S. Degree in International Business from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.


Chandra Smouse
National Sales / Dynamic Marketing Services Inc.

Chandra Smouse, prior to joining TradeReps Marketing Group, was Sr. Sales and Marketing Manager for Curaçao Tourism Corp. She has an extensive experience and travel industry background going back 30+ years which includes wholesale product development. Her focus has always been on service, educating and providing support to suppliers as well as the individual agents. The different positions she held offered an opportunity to develop and enhance relationships with Tourist Boards, PR firms, advertising companies, airlines, cruise lines and hotel companies.
